Dear thaivisa members,

We will do a short maintenance on our server today, Sunday. The maintenance window is between 18.00 - 20.00 Bangkok time (that's 11.00 until 13.00 GMT ).

The total downtime is expected to be around one hour within that window.

We will upgrade our system to a new versions of MySQL and PHP and do some system tweaks to improve page load speed.

Scheduled Forum Downtime Saturday Dec 9, 2006 From 19.00

Dear Thaivisa Forum member,


We are upgrading Thaivisa.com forum software this evening December 9, 2006. We will also do a scheduled maintenance on the server (power supply and hardware).

The forum might be "read-only" or down from time to time in a window between 19.00 and 22.00 (Bangkok time, GMT +7). Several error messages could appear during software upgrades and database optimization.

The total downtime will be approx. 1 - 1.5 hours.

In the mean time, you are welcome to post a comment below, or share your experience with the upgrade.
